What will I receive after ordering?
You’ll receive a College Application Tracker spreadsheet in Excel or Google Sheets (based on your choice) with tabs for Applications, Essays, Recommendations, and Documents.
Does this work with Common App and school portals?
Yes. The tracker is designed to work with Common App, Coalition App, and individual school portals. It’s platform-agnostic.
Can you customize it with my list of colleges and deadlines?
Yes. If you choose Standard or Premium, I can pre-fill your tracker with your colleges, deadlines, and application types so it’s ready to use right away.
Can I use this for multiple students (two kids applying)?
Yes. I can add a Student Name column or create separate sections/tabs per student. Message me first so I set it up the cleanest way.
Will this send automatic reminders?
It’s a spreadsheet tracker (not an app), but it includes Days Left and optional deadline highlighting so you can quickly see what’s due soon.
Can you edit the tracker to match my school’s requirements?
Yes. If you have special requirements (interviews, portfolios, auditions, extra forms), tell me and I’ll adjust the columns/tabs to fit.
