I got what I wanted, in a good timeframe, at a good price, and with good communication prior (to determine details, expectations, etc). Given my relatively low art budget for my project and my worries of struggling to get something suitable at the desired price point, I was delighted.

asked for something fairly simple but she went above and beyond! i messed up with the reference photos but she still went ahead and revised and recolored it. she was extremely patient with me which i appreciate and she was very very quick! took only 8 hours and it was perfect. the colors were vibrant...
