Über diesen Service
Give your whole team one consistent, on-brand look on every video call.
I design branded virtual background packs for companies: a matching set of rooms built around your logo and exact brand colours, so every employee shows up looking like part of the same premium brand, from the CEO to the newest hire.
WHAT YOU GET
A set of matching rooms: lobby, office, meeting room, town hall stage, lounge
Your logo as real 3D signage, placed where people never cover it
Your exact brand colours applied across every room
Photoreal 4K files, tested on Zoom, Microsoft Teams and Google Meet
Works with or without a green screen
Easy to share: one folder your whole team can use
PERFECT FOR
HR and people teams, marketing departments, agencies, sales teams, all-hands meetings, webinars and remote-first companies.
HOW IT WORKS
1. Send your logo, brand colours and the rooms you need
2. I design your set and send the first look
3. We refine together, then your team goes live on brand

Hi, I'm Alfiko, founder of Koyzstudio. I've been designing since 2015 and have completed 300+ orders on Fiverr. I create custom virtual backgrounds that make professionals, podcasters and streamers look like a real brand on camera: executive Zoom offices, branded podcast studios and live stream sets for Zoom, Teams, OBS, StreamYard, Riverside and Ecamm. Every design is built around your logo and colors, placed so your logo stays visible behind you, and delivered fast. Tell me about your brand and I'll send a concept you'll be proud to go live with.

FAQ
Can you match our exact brand colors?
Yes, just send me your hex codes or brand guideline, and I'll match them precisely across every background in your pack.
Do you need our logo file?
Ideally a vector file (SVG, AI, or transparent PNG) for the sharpest result, but I can work with other formats too.
Can different departments get different background styles?
Yes, just let me know your preferences in the requirements, I can vary the style per team while keeping the branding consistent.
Do you offer seasonal or refreshed backgrounds later?
Absolutely, I'm happy to design new seasonal or refreshed sets for your team whenever you need, just reach out anytime.
Can every employee use the same files?
Yes. You receive one folder of 4K files your whole team can upload to Zoom, Teams or Meet in under a minute. Company Complete includes a simple setup guide you can forward to staff.
Can you add each person's name and title?
Absolutely. Add the Name & title extra for each employee and I will create a personalised copy for everyone on your list.
Can you match our brand guidelines exactly?
Yes. Send your brand guide or HEX codes and fonts. Every room is built in your exact palette so the set looks like it came from your own design team.
What rooms can I choose?
Lobby, private office, meeting room, boardroom, town hall stage, lounge, webinar set and more. Tell me where your team meets and I will plan the right mix.
Do we need a green screen?
No. The backgrounds work with the built-in virtual background feature in Zoom, Teams and Meet. A green screen just gives cleaner edges.
Can we order more rooms later?
Of course. Your source files and style stay on record, so new rooms will match the original set perfectly.
