• Developed and implemented a volume mesh conversion algorithm for solid element splitting and type conversion in CFD applications using C++ for ANSA® pre-processor. • Identified split patterns for tetrahedral, pentahedral, hexahedral and pyramid meshes into hexahedral meshes dedicated to a hexa-only element optimal solver. • Implemented a triangulation algorithm for splitting of polyhedral elements. • Developed a User Interface and python script function for automation of said algorithm.
