Action: Automatically send an email to the supplier. -Email should include: Relevant PO field details (e.g., supplier name, requested items, quantities, delivery date, etc.). Attached quotation (from the List or document library). Attached Purchase Order (PDF). Once the email is successfully sent, update the Microsoft List record to change the status field to “PO APPROVED.
