Final Quality of the logo was great! These guys were very quick on responding to DMs which I appreciate. Main reasons I can't give a 5 star is because I paid for the 24 hour delivery time and the team missed that deadline on one of the revisions. The other reason is because I had to ask for the same...

Overall I loved the product I got delivered. It was goofy but professionally appealing just like I asked, even things I only implied but didn't explicitly state were completely and honestly accounted for. Despite not buying any sort of priority or expedited order, I still got it fast enough to where I never wondered where it was.

Working with the Kong team was very enjoyable. The few gripes I have is the team is extremely strong in some parts of the creation such as the animation for the logo/intro/outro. However getting a understanding around alerts was a bit of a struggle and took some time as well as some key parts throughout...
