I think the product once delivered was subpar. I would've requested edits but I was promised a 24hr delivery and it was late.

I want to be fair, he seems like a nice person, but my experience was very disappointing and I ultimately cancelled the order because the project was never delivered. The scope was clearly outlined from the beginning, I provided all footage via Google Drive, a script, and even a Premiere project file...
