We have an ongoing project that needed some revisions and the options that we were presented with help us stay in good standing with our client. Responsive communication and quick delivery and some of the best qualities with this freelancer and will continue using them for any upcoming projects.

The work was incomplete, and did not meet expectations. There was a lack of creativity and the delivery expectations. What should I do with half drawn design work not integrated into my site plan? how does that even make sense, why would I ever want that after I had specific instructions that I needed this to submit to engineering.

We were absolutely pleased with the quality of work delivered on this project. She came back with the completed project way ahead of schedule and allowed us to win points with our client. Will be using this freelancer again soon for our next project!
