Founded SK Technology to build practical software products for Indian small businesses and deliver full-stack and AI solutions for international clients. - Built MeriBaari (meribaari.in), a WhatsApp-based queue and token management system for small clinics. Patients get live queue updates on WhatsApp, with no app to install. - Designed a multi-tenant SaaS architecture: clinic onboarding via Meta's WhatsApp Embedded Signup, per-clinic credentials and message templates, and usage-based billing with Razorpay. - Built receptionist and doctor consoles, a TV display with audio announcements, and a three-queue flow (main, missed, review). - Set up the infrastructure: Next.js, Kubernetes (k3d), Kustomize, Cloudflare Tunnel and CI/CD pipelines. - Lead and mentor a small engineering team of interns on client and product work.
