HUMANA CORPORATION · Raleigh, NC (Remote) · August 2021 – Present Senior Talent Acquisition Manager, Technology & Corporate Recruiting December 2021 – Present Enterprise leadership for Humana’s Corporate Recruiting organization spanning AI, Strategy, Legal, Finance, Compliance, and Corporate Operations. • Lead and scale two enterprise recruiting teams — a 14-person IT recruiting organization and a 4-person Corporate Recruiting team — with full accountability for performance, engagement, and delivery across multiple business units. • Built Humana’s AI & Transformation Office from the ground up beginning February 2025, at the direction of the CEO — architecting the full talent infrastructure including job levels, compensation bands, interview process design, and a differentiated value proposition engineered to compete with top-tier consulting firms on mission, impact, and career trajectory rather than compensation. • Executed end-to-end hiring for approximately 25 transformation roles spanning Chief Transformation Officer through Senior VPs, Associate VPs, Directors, Leads, Consultants, and Analysts — staffing a management-consultancy-modeled team chartered to drive Humana’s highest-priority enterprise strategy initiatives.
