We placed an order and were promised delivery within 48 hours. That deadline was not met. After following up, we were told the work would be delivered within 8 hours or less - again, this did not happen. This pattern of missed commitments and lack of communication is unprofessional and, frankly, disrespectful.

Promised project was almost done and would delivered in a few hours multiple times on day 6,7,8 and finally canceled the request due to a personal emergency? We would of given whatever time required to finish a simple 30-60 second commercial .
