The cover design work was excellent, timely, professional and collaborative. I didn't like the service charge being unknown until I was about to pay. Downloading the psd file was stressful and problematic. The service charge/download issues soured my experience.

This is my second project with Billy, and on both counts, I have been happy with the book covers he produced. This freelancer is responsive, easy to communicate with, and has produced book covers of a very high standard.
