Responsible for managing the company’s accounting and financial operations, ensuring accurate financial records, effective cash-flow management, cost control, budgeting, financial reporting, and compliance. Provide management with timely financial information and analysis to support business growth and decision-making. Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle accounting and day-to-day financial operations. Maintain general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash/bank records. Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations. Manage inventory accounting, stock valuation, COGS, and product costing. Monitor sales, purchases, expenses, receivables, and supplier payments. Prepare monthly P&L, balance sheet, cash flow statements, and management reports. Prepare budgets, forecasts, cash-flow projections, and expense plans. Analyze product costs, margins, profitability, and variances. Monitor working capital and ensure efficient utilization of company funds. Manage payroll, employee payments, and related accounting records. Review purchase invoices, sales invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and supporting documents. Establish and improve accounting controls and financial processes. Support management with financial analysis and strategic decision-making. Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, banks, suppliers, and other stakeholders. Ensure compliance with applicable accounting, tax, and financial regulations. Maintain accurate, confidential, and well-organized financial records.
