I am a Senior Planning Engineer with over 13 years of experience in the UAE construction industry, working across major residential, commercial, and industrial projects. My core expertise lies in project planning, programme control, and forensic delay analysis and monitoring project performance. I have extensive experience in developing and maintaining baseline and updated programmes, monitoring progress, and analysing delays. I prepare and substantiate Extension of Time (EOT) claims using recognised methodologies such as Time Impact Analysis, Window Analysis, and Impacted As-Planned, applied in line with the AACE Recommended Practices (RP) and the SCL Delay and Disruption Protocol, with solid knowledge of the FIDIC Red and Yellow Book contracts and their application.
