Designed a trouser topper finishing machine, a system that applies steam, hot air, and finally cold air to a garment mounted on the machine's supports, delivering a professional wrinkle-free finish. The machine was engineered entirely from scratch, with all moving components modeled and digitally tested for motion range prior to manufacturing. Manufacturing was supported by laser-cutting files for all metal parts and precise fabrication drawings.

Designed a large-scale continuous-belt fusing machine, functionally equivalent to Hashima-style fusing systems but built at double the standard size, with a fully automated control system. The machine features 52 configurable profiles, each presetting pressure, temperature, and speed parameters for different material types. The entire machine was engineered from the ground up — every component was individually modeled and digitally validated for motion range to ensure correct mechanical interaction prior to manufacturing.
