I will build whatsapp automation with ai to capture and qualify leads
Hansani Kavindi
Über diesen Service
Most WhatsApp bots fail in three ways. They answer confidently with wrong information. They reply four times to someone who sent four quick messages. Or they quietly run up an API bill with no limit set.
I build WhatsApp assistants in n8n that avoid all three.
WHAT IT DOES
- Answers questions from your FAQ, services, prices and hours
- Saves lead details to your CRM, Airtable or Google Sheets
- Asks qualifying questions in conversation, not a form
- Alerts you on Telegram, Slack or email for good leads
- Hands over to a human instead of guessing
NO INVENTED ANSWERS
It never answers from memory. Every fact is looked up from your data at the moment of the reply. If nothing is found, it says so and hands the chat to a human.
ALSO BUILT IN
Message limits and spend controls, duplicate protection, authentication on every connection, and a test mode so nothing reaches a real customer until you approve it.
WHAT YOU NEED
WhatsApp Business API access through Meta or a provider like 360dialog. Approval takes 1-3 weeks, separate from my delivery time. All accounts stay in your name.
Message me before ordering and I will tell you which package fits.

Two-person studio in Romania. I handle client communication. My partner builds.
We build n8n automations: WhatsApp AI assistants, lead capture, CRM integrations, and workflows connecting your existing tools.
What matters most is that they keep working. Every workflow gets a failure path, so if something breaks you are told immediately, not weeks later. Plus duplicate protection, spend limits on AI calls, and a test mode before real customers see anything.

Tell me what you want automated and I will say honestly if we can build it.

FAQ
Can you build a WhatsApp AI agent for my business?
Yes. I can build a WhatsApp AI agent for customer support, FAQ replies, lead capture, owner notifications, and basic business automation using n8n and OpenAI ChatGPT.
Do I need WhatsApp Business API?
For a stable business setup, WhatsApp Business API is recommended. If you do not have it yet, I can guide you through the basic setup process. Any API or third-party fees are not included in the gig price.
Can the bot answer questions from my business information?
Yes. You can provide your FAQ, services, prices, business hours, website content, or Google Sheet. I can use that information to help the AI answer customer questions.
Can you save customer leads to Google Sheets?
Yes. I can set up a Google Sheets lead capture workflow to save customer name, phone number, message, service interest, and lead status.
Can the AI send replies only after human approval?
Yes. I can create a human approval workflow where the AI drafts a reply and the business owner reviews or approves it before sending.
What do you need from me to start?
I need your business type, WhatsApp setup details, FAQ or business information, preferred workflow, Google Sheets or Calendar access if needed, and examples of customer questions.
How do you ensure my business and customer data remains secure?
Data security is my top priority. I exclusively use official APIs (OpenAI, Meta) and secure automation through n8n. Your business data is never shared with third parties, and I implement professional-grade secure workflows to ensure that your sensitive information remains private and protected at al
