What happens if a candidate you source does not work out?
We focus on rigorous upfront screening to minimize turnover. However, if a hired candidate leaves or is terminated within their first 30 days, we will immediately resume sourcing for a replacement as part of our ongoing monthly retainer at no additional setup cost.
Do you conduct the actual interviews?
es. In our Standard and Premium tiers, we conduct the initial first-round interviews (phone or video) to screen for communication skills, baseline competency, and cultural fit. We only pass the top 10% of candidates to your calendar for final interviews.
