End-to-end organisation and delivery of the firm’s sizeable L&D portfolio (over 35 courses on offer, ca. 10 events per week). In my role I was also a leading some of the Firm’s flagship L&D events organised for Partners and Senior Associates: Main responsibilities: - In-house and virtual event management - Successfully onboarding all external training facilitators in using the Firms online event platform, in the face of rapid changes related to the Covid-19 pandemic - Successfully re-designing, and ensuring smooth virtual delivery of the Firm’s flagship global L&D programmes: coordinating multiple stakeholders based in different offices internationally; planning the event to accommodate different time-zones; creating engagement among Firm’s most senior partners; upskilling employees Firmwide in using the online communication platform; facilitating the live virtual events - Streamlining and digitalisation of L&D content - Training the Firm’s external training providers (and colleagues internally) in using the organisation’s online communication platforms - MS Teams & Zoom - Acting as the main point of contact for Firm’s L&D events- both for internal and external stakeholders - managing all stakeholders professionally at all times - Being first point of contact for any tech issues during the delivery of virtual L&D events, setting the facilitators’ tech prior the event, ensuring smooth delivery of the programme - Liaising with event facilitators to prepare all materials in a timely-manner & ensure timely delivery to participants (virtually or hard-copies) - Managing L&D inbox ensuring efficient communication between the team & relevant stakeholders - Scheduling and coordination of L&D event calendar to avoid event clashes (including international sessions)
