From 2023 to 2025, I worked as a Meta Ads Manager for RY Styles, a local cosmetics brand in Pakistan. My role was to build and manage paid advertising campaigns focused on consistent sales growth, lower cost per purchase, and strong brand positioning in a competitive beauty market. I handled complete campaign management from strategy to scaling. This included audience research, competitor analysis, offer positioning, ad copy direction, creative testing, funnel structuring, and performance optimization.
