I am a Professional Architect with more than 12 years of experience in architecture designs (residential and commercial). In this Gig, I will draft complete architectural drawings with proper detailing.

I have done hundreds of new house and remodel projects including houses, apartments, retail stores, offices, etc. I specialize in house addition and remodel drawings for the USA. I draw drawings as per the 2018 IBC and IRC.

What you will need to start?
I need a clear sketch showing the following information - 1. Overall length & width of the lot and overall length & width of the house. 2. Different rooms on each level with their rough sizes and their location. The more information you provide, the better your project will be.
Can we have phone call to exchange ideas and dicscussion?
Yes! Once you will place an Order, we can have zoom meeting.
Can you provide a full set of architectural drawing?
Yes, I can provide you the full set of architectural drawings including plans, elevations, sections, plumbing, and electrification drawings.
What is my process of work?
1. You contact me and provide all the information I request 2. I will review the details of your project and give a quote 3. You can accept the offer and then just have to wait for me to deliver order. 4. You can request revisions, if needed. 5. Once satisfied with the work, you complete the order.
