The designs delivered were not usable and were sent back multiple times for revisions and still weren’t correct. The cap logo was made in a size too large to fit a cap twice. They seem to know how to digitize but may not know so much about embroidery. I asked for a patch in my requirements, but the first iteration I received was not that. I had the design done 2 different ways to try and reduce the density. I don't know if the size was the reason for dense outcome but I can't use it for what I wanted it for. I thank you for your time.

I appreciate the time he took to do my design but....it will not be used for what I need. The density is too much maybe for the size but I can't use it.
