Duties/Responsibilities: 1. Basic types of pattern making procedure and capable of making pattern as well as by using Lectra Modaris & Gerber software. 2.Makes the basic sizes pattern by using CAD software Lectra. 3.Making Costing Marker by Lectra. 4.Making Production Marker by Lectra. 5.Communicate with Merchandising Team About New Order Costing & Production. 6.Booking marker ratio breakdown and make effective cut plan. 7. Implementing Buyers pattern/construction washing related comment. 8. Prepare and update Garments specs, work out consumption based on buyer`s tack packs. 9. Correspondence with merchandisers to give marker consumption. 10. Ensure safety, quality and compliance activities in work place. 11. Calibration check of pattern cutter. 12. Arrange style wise pattern digitizing and pattern grading to ensure zero error cutting. 13. Check pattern cutting carefully and printed pattern style wise within time. 14. Buyer MDL, DXF file received and provide the sample size set pattern to print. 15. After bulk pattern then check the grading role and base size pattern. 16. To keep the working place.
