How long will my order take?
My standard delivery time is 3-10 days from when a Product Arrives. Please DO NOT start an order until the product has arrived. Rush delivery options may be available on request. Message for additional information and current pricing.
Do I own the copyright to the work delivered to me?
You will own the rights to use the delivered work for personal or business purpose. If you want to use the work for multiple businesses, sell or give away the images to anyone else, or restrict my rights to use the work for marketing my services, you will need to buy the Full/ Exclusive Copyright.
Will you ship my product back to me?
Yes, only if you pay all necessary fees and taxes. I am happy to ship your product back to you, however you must provide a prepaid Return Shipping Label and there is a $45 Repackaging & Handling Fee.
Can I Order Before You Have My Product?
No! If you do that I may cancel your order. We must have your product in hand before we can start your order. Starting an order beforehand can interfere with accurate delivery times and cause much confusion in the order and delivery process. Please don't do that.

How does the process work?
First, we discuss the project (What is the product?? Do you have Requirements or Example photos/ideas?). Then, I can provide a quote or let you know if anything will change the package price. Last, send your product to us and when it arrives we'll start the order!
