I build an n8n system that turns meeting notes into a clean client recap email + clear action items (and tasks) automatically built for agencies.
What this workflow can do (package dependent):
Notes input: Google Docs / Notion / form / structured Slack template
generates recap email (Gmail/Outlook draft by default, auto-send optional)
extracts action items with owners + due dates
creates tasks in Notion / ClickUp / Asana / Monday
posts an internal Slack summary + logs to a tracker (Sheets/Notion)
You receive working n8n workflow(s), tested with sample data, plus a Loom walkthrough (SOP on Standard/Premium).
To start, I need:
- where your notes come from
- where the recap should go + recipients
- your task tool (if any)
- your preferred recap format (or 12 examples)
Scope: 1 workflow = 1 trigger + up to X actions (by package). Extra apps/workflows available as extras.

What inputs can you use for meeting notes?
Google Docs, Notion, a simple form, or a structured Slack template. If you have another source, tell me what it is and I’ll confirm compatibility.
Do you send the recap email automatically or create a draft?
Default is a draft (safer). Auto-send is available if you want it.
Can it create tasks in my project management tool?
Yes (Standard/Premium). I can create tasks in Notion, ClickUp, Asana, or Monday, including owners and due dates based on your rules.
Can it post an internal summary to Slack?
Yes (Standard/Premium). It can post the recap + action items to a chosen channel and include links to the source notes/tracker.
What do you need from me to start?
Where notes come from, where the recap should go (email/Slack + recipients), your task tool (if any), and your preferred recap format (or 1–2 examples to match).
What counts as “1 workflow”?
One trigger (e.g., “new notes added”) and one processing flow to outputs (email/tasks/Slack/log). Multiple triggers or separate flows count as additional workflows.
Do you use AI?
This gig is primarily automation in n8n. AI summarization/structuring can be added if you want (usually Standard/Premium or as an extra).
Will you document the setup so my team can run it?
Yes. I include a Loom walkthrough, and Standard/Premium include a simple SOP so you can edit the workflow later.
Can you match our agency’s tone and recap style?
Yes - share 1–2 past recap emails (redacted is fine) and I’ll match the structure and tone.
What if my setup is complex (multiple clients, multiple templates, CRM rules)?
It’s doable, but it usually needs Standard/Premium and/or extras (more workflows/apps). Message me your stack and I’ll recommend the right package.
