FAQ
Will the chatbot make things up?
No. It uses RAG, so every answer is retrieved from the documents you give it. If the answer is not in your content, the bot says it does not know instead of inventing one. You can also set a fallback that hands the visitor to a human.
What can I train the chatbot on?
PDFs, Word docs, spreadsheets, your website, a help centre, Notion, or a plain text export. Send me what you have and I will tell you what is usable. I handle the cleaning and chunking before it goes into the vector database.
Can you add the chatbot to my existing website?
Yes. The widget drops into React, Next.js, WordPress, Webflow, Shopify or plain HTML with one script tag. I can also expose the bot as an API so your own app can call it. Send me the URL and I will confirm before you order.
Do I need my own OpenAI account?
For the Basic package I can run it on my key while you test. For anything you put in front of real customers you should use your own OpenAI key so you control the billing and the data. I set it up either way.
