Über mich
Need a 3D designer who can turn complex ideas into clean, practical models ready for printing, prototyping or production? I specialize in CAD modeling, reverse engineering, IoT and PCB enclosures, DND miniatures, BJD figures, articulated models and printable STL files. I work with SolidWorks, Fusion 360, Creo, Inventor, Blender, ZBrush and MeshLab to create accurate, detailed and production-ready results. I focus on clear communication, clean geometry and files that solve real design problems. Have a project in mind? Send me your idea, scan, sketch or reference and let’s build it right.... Mehr lesen

Supported mechanical design and maintenance projects by recreating existing components into clean, editable CAD models. I worked with physical measurements, reference photographs, STL meshes and 3D scan data to rebuild worn, discontinued or undocumented parts for modification and manufacturing. My workflow involved studying the original geometry, identifying important dimensions and functional features, cleaning scan information and rebuilding the part using parametric modeling techniques. One project involved recreating an industrial mounting component that had no available engineering drawing. Using scan data and manual measurements, I reconstructed the geometry, corrected damaged areas, rebuilt mounting holes and mating surfaces and delivered an editable SolidWorks model together with STEP files for production. I also compared the reconstructed CAD against the original mesh to improve dimensional accuracy before final delivery. Other assignments included brackets, housings, machine covers and replacement components. This role developed my understanding of reverse engineering, mesh-to-solid workflows, design intent, tolerances and the importance of producing CAD files that can be edited and reused rather than simply converting geometry.

Worked on the development of small electronic products and functional housings from early concept through prototype preparation. My responsibilities included translating rough sketches, PCB dimensions, component layouts and client requirements into accurate 3D CAD models. I designed plastic enclosures with mounting bosses, ventilation openings, cable ports, snap-fit features, screw connections and internal clearances while considering how each part would be assembled and manufactured. I regularly reviewed board placement and connector positions to prevent interference before prototype production. One major project involved creating a compact enclosure for a sensor-based electronic device where the client needed easy PCB access, protected ports and a clean external appearance. I developed several enclosure concepts, refined the selected option, prepared STEP and STL files and adjusted tolerances after prototype feedback. I also produced manufacturing drawings and organized editable source files for future revisions. This experience strengthened my ability to balance appearance, functionality, manufacturability and accurate component fitting in real product-development projects.

Created detailed digital characters and printable models for collectibles, tabletop projects and physical prototypes. My work covered character sculpting, articulated figures, jointed dolls, fantasy miniatures and modular 3D-printable assets. I developed models from sketches, reference images and written concepts, focusing on strong proportions, clean forms and practical preparation for physical printing. A notable project involved developing an articulated character model that required separate body sections, movable joints and parts that could be printed and assembled without losing the visual design. I sculpted the character, refined surface details, separated components, adjusted joint clearances and tested the structure digitally before preparing STL and OBJ files. I also created fantasy tabletop models where thin areas, unsupported details and overly complex geometry had to be redesigned for better printability. My workflow included ZBrush and Blender for sculpting and refinement, followed by mesh inspection and cleanup. This experience gave me a practical understanding of how artistic character design must change when the final model is intended for resin or FDM printing rather than animation alone.
