They didn't understand my vision; they don't have a creative vision. I really had to spoon feed them every little detail I still have not received what I was looking for. I've wasted my time and my money as I cannot use the product they have created.

Working with Junaid was nice. He is very responsive and communicating with him was simple and straightforward. I wish it was clickable, I didnt realize when ordering that this was not for a clickable signature. Either way he did a great design and collaborated well.
