Which Odoo versions do you support?
I support Odoo 12 through Odoo 19, including both Community and Enterprise editions. I'm certified in Odoo 19, so if you're on the latest version, you're in good hands.
Can you handle my accounting and monthly closing?
Yes, absolutely. I provide full Odoo accounting support — bookkeeping, bank reconciliation, chart of accounts setup, financial reporting, and month-end closing. This is actually one of my core strengths, not just a side skill.
Do you work with manufacturing (MRP) companies?
I do. BOM creation, production orders, routing, workcenters, and quality checks are all part of my day-to-day work with manufacturing clients.
How fast is your response time?
It depends on your SLA plan. Starter plan clients get a response within 12–24 hours, Growth plan within 4–12 hours, and Priority plan clients get priority response within 1–4 hours. I'll help you pick the plan that matches how urgent your needs are.
I just need a one-time fix, not an ongoing plan — can you still help?
Yes! Message me with the issue and I'll scope a one-time engagement separately. If it turns out you'd benefit from ongoing support later, we can always set that up then — no pressure either way.
Do you provide customization or development work?
Small Odoo Studio customizations (custom fields, views, simple automations) are included in my support plans. Larger development or custom module work is available as a paid add-on, and I'll always give you a clear quote before starting anything extra.
