FAQ
Do you offer a Notion template or a custom Notion build?
Both. Every Notion template I deliver is custom-built for your workflow, never resold generic. For full tailoring, a custom Notion build adds your own dashboards, databases, and automations.
Can you redesign my existing Notion template or Notion workspace?
Yes. As a Notion expert, I audit your workspace, simplify messy databases, repair formulas and relations, and turn any generic Notion template you bought into a custom Notion setup.
Do you use premade Notion templates or build from scratch?
I don’t resell premade files. I may reuse proven database structures, but each Notion template’s dashboards, fields, views, and automations are designed around your business.
Can you connect a Notion template to Google Sheets, Zapier, Make.com, or Airtable?
Yes. I connect your Notion template or custom build to Gmail, Google Calendar, Slack, forms, payments, and CRMs, so data moves automatically through Make.com, Zapier, or APIs.
Can I manage my Notion template on my own after delivery?
Yes. Every Notion template is built for easy use, and I document key workflows. Standard and Premium include a Loom walkthrough, and Premium adds structured team training.
Does the Notion template work on the free Notion plan?
Most of it does. Your Notion template runs on the free plan, but file uploads, guest limits, and advanced permissions depend on your plan. I’ll confirm which apply before we start.
Will a Notion template work for my whole team?
Yes. Each Notion template gets role-specific dashboards, filtered views, task ownership, and permissions for small teams and growing businesses that need one shared Notion workspace.
Can you build a Notion template for CRM or project management?
Yes. A Notion CRM tracks leads and follow-ups, while a project management Notion template tracks tasks, owners, and deadlines. Both are customized into one clean system for your team.
Do I get revisions and support for my Notion template after delivery?
Yes. Revisions are included, from 1 on Starter to unlimited on Premium. Every Notion template also gets 7 days of post-delivery support for quick adjustments.
Do I need to contact you before ordering a Notion setup?
Yes. Message me first with your workflow and goals. As a Notion consultant, I’ll confirm whether a Notion planner, CRM, or automated Notion dashboard fits best. My price covers design, not Notion or Make.com subscriptions.
