I always aim to give constructive feedback while respecting each author's unique writing style. I take pride in being reliable, meeting deadlines, and communicating clearly throughout every project. Seeing authors use my feedback to improve their manuscripts and move closer to publication has been one of the most rewarding parts of my work.
