Ran my own retail business end to end: selected suppliers, negotiated prices, evaluated samples and checked product quality directly with Chinese factories and wholesalers. Sourced products on 1688 and Alibaba for friends' e-commerce businesses. Compared suppliers on MOQ, price and lead time, arranged samples, and handled all supplier communication in Chinese.
