Do I need to contact you before ordering?
Yes. Please send me a message with your channel link and idea before placing an order. This ensures I can deliver exactly what you need and we're a good fit. If I can't help you, I'll tell you honestly.
What do you need from me to start?
I need: 1. Your logo/brand colors (if you have them) 2. Your channel link or reference videos you like 3. A clear description of what you want animated 4. Any specific sound or music reference (optional) The clearer your brief, the better the result.
Do you include the source file?
Yes, in Standard and Premium packages. For Basic, it's available as an extra for $40. Source files are delivered in .blend (Blender) or .aep (After Effects) format, depending on the project.
How many revisions are included?
Basic: 1 revision Standard: 2 revisions Premium: 3 revisions Additional revisions are $20 each. I don't do "unlimited revisions" because clear feedback in 2-3 rounds produces better results than endless tweaking.
Do you use AI or templates?
No. Every project is custom-made from scratch in Blender. I don't use drag-and-drop templates or AI generators. Your intro will be unique to your brand, not something 100 other channels have.
