The ad management start counting as soon as I buy the GIG?
No, the service period starts when the first ad is active. For example, if you purchase the monthly gig on August 15th but the first ad goes live on August 20th, your service will run until September 20th.
How long do you take to do the configuration?
I’ll deliver the setup within 2–3 days after receiving access. The 15–30 day delivery time includes campaign management, not setup. Don’t worry—it won’t take that long! If you choose the content strategy gig, I’ll need a bit more time to craft a tailored plan for your business.
Is the content included? (images/videos)
No, content isn’t included—you’ll need to provide it. However, if you purchase the content strategy gig, I’ll give you everything you need to create the banner or video. If you need banner editing or video post-production, I can assist with that as a separate service.
Does the cost of the GIG include the cost of the ad?
No, the gig cost covers my service fee only. The ad spend is your responsibility.
