During this period, I was tasked with setting up our new support desk and improve our customer journey, which included the authoring of hundreds of articles for both internal use, and customer facing support. I pride myself on the work me and my team put in to communicate everything from the intricacies of the company's custom CRM-system to how to better approach, ensure, and communicate with clients who often faced sensitive or precarious situations.
