The best way to keep your email from going to spam so much is to set up email authentication and alignment.
This is done by configuring the following items for your email:
SPF - *This is the most common one to get wrong* - This helps prevent people from "spoofing" your email address for malicious purposes.
DKIM - This is how email providers know you are who you say you are and own the domain you're sending emails from.
DMARC - This is how email providers (Gmail, Yahoo, Microsoft, etc.) know whether or not things are correctly aligned and what to do if DKIM and SPF don't pass. This also can help protect against spoofing and phishing.
Email is essential to your business, and I aim to help you ensure your subscribers receive them. The best way to get this done quickly is to place an order today.
I will also ensure other records like MX, CNAME, and TXT are set up correctly if needed.

Will you do this for me without getting on a zoom call?
Since security and authentication have become more secure over the years, I've moved this to only be available with a zoom call to alleviate the problems that come with things like two-factor authentication and logon codes.
Which platforms can you help me with?
The primary email marketing platforms I am experienced with are Mailerlite, GetResponse, Aweber, ActiveCampaign, Mailchimp, and Constant Contact. However, since I am technically able, I can usually help with any platform since the strategies are all usually the same.
Will you do more than one domain or platform?
The gig is typically for a single domain, but there is an add-on that allows you to add additional domains that you would like to be worked on. This add-on doesn't automatically add extra time, but if added I will take whatever extra time is needed (within availability).
Will this setup guarantee I stay out of the spam folder?
No, there is no way to guarantee you will stay out of the spam folder. This will GREATLY help you, but I cannot provide any guarantees or provide any assurances that you will never see an email in spam.
How long does this setup last?
As long as you don't change anything, this should last forever and as long as you are using the same platform with the same domain and email addresses.
Will my email marketing software support all this?
Most of them do natively, and email authentication can be achieved mostly through the domain. If you have a platform I'm not familiar with then we can check on it before you order. Just message me and let me know.
Will you need access to my domain registrar?
Yes. To make sure that I can fully configure your authentication I have to be able to access the domain registrar.
What if I do not have access to all of the tools needed to complete the work?
If we get to the point of our scheduled call and you do not have access to the tools needed to complete the work, there are two options: Completed what is possible at the time, or reschedule the call. Additional calls/time past the first hour require an additional charge, at MY discretion.
Are you available all times of the day?
Unfortunately, no. I am located in US CENTRAL TIME ZONE and my availability is in the evenings during the week (Monday - Friday) and some Saturday mornings. When a gig is ordered, you will receive a link to find time on my calendar to schedule the time for the work to be completed.
