Choosing the right package
If you already have the transcript of your video, you can proceed with the basic gig SILVER. If your video is longer than 5 minutes, you can purchase extra gigs. SILVER package doesn't include transcription or translation. So, you've to provide the transcript. Transcription and translation are available as Gig Extras.
*Hearing Impaired Subtitles aka Closed Captions is not included in the packages. It's only available as a Gig Extra.

What are hard-coded subtitles (hardsubs)?
Hardcoded subtitles aka hardsubs are permanent subtitles on a video which means viewer can't turn it on or off in a media player.
What are soft-coded subtitles (softsubs)?
Softcoded subtitles aka softsubs can be turned on or off depending on user preference.
I've a transcript for a video with length more than 5 minutes. Can you sync it with video?
Of course, I can. Please contact me and I can provide you with a custom offer. Basic gig package only offers to sync up to 5 minutes. So, you've to contact me for a custom quote.
Which software do you use to create subtitles?
I use an amazing open-source software called Subtitle Edit.
