I help E-commerc brands turn more of their existing traffic and customers into revenue through better ecommerce journeys, lifecycle marketing, and retention.
A lot of stores don't have a traffic problem. They have a journey problem.
Customers visit but don't buy. Subscribers join but never convert. First-time buyers purchase once and disappear. Existing customers aren't given a reason to come back.
That's where I come in.
I work across Shopify and Marketing crm to understand where customers are dropping off, then build the strategy and lifecycle systems to move them forward.
