Designed and developed marketing materials, including brochures and advertisements, tailored to client requirements such as color palettes, floor plan details, and interior styling elements. Collaborated closely with property agents to create visually engaging and informative content that enhances the presentation of apartment units. These materials effectively support both digital platforms and print media, enabling agents to communicate unit features clearly and persuasively, ultimately improving client understanding and contributing to successful property sales.
