I build a private operations workspace for one property management workflow. The first pilot is designed for maintenance requests and tenant/vendor updates.


Your pilot can include:

- task ownership and status tracking

- tenant, owner, and vendor update draft templates

- approval boundaries for external messages

- weekly blocker and next-action report

- backup/export handoff notes


This is a supervised operations system. It does not send tenant, owner, or vendor messages automatically. It helps you structure the work, prepare drafts, track blockers, and make better decisions faster.
