I cannot use the formatting or cover he delivered. I had to hire someone else, which means more money and more time. The only positive is that he refunded half my money.

First time using this type of service. They understand my want and need. I wish communication could have been a little more specific/ detailed for better understanding. But at the end it was quick turnaround
