Your MedSpa AI receptionist can handle inbound calls, answer common questions, capture lead details, qualify prospects, schedule appointments, and route calls when human support is needed.
Smart Automation
I can connect your AI voice agent with calendars, CRM systems, GoHighLevel, n8n, webhooks, and other business tools for lead capture, appointment scheduling, call follow-up, and workflow automation.

FAQ
How can a MedSpa handle urgent or sensitive calls without relying entirely on AI?
Human escalation rules can be added for defined situations, allowing the AI receptionist to recognize when a conversation should be transferred to the appropriate staff member.
What if a client needs to cancel or reschedule after booking?
The call flow can include cancellation and rescheduling logic that verifies the appointment details and follows the MedSpa's scheduling rules before making changes.
What happens when a client wants Botox, fillers, laser, or another specific treatment?
The AI can identify the requested MedSpa service, collect relevant intake details, and direct the caller into the appropriate booking or staff-handoff workflow.
How can a MedSpa avoid giving clients incorrect treatment information over the phone?
The AI receptionist can be structured around an approved MedSpa knowledge base for services, pricing information, preparation guidance, and common treatment questions, with escalation rules for questions outside its configured information.
How can a MedSpa reduce appointment no-shows after someone books?
A booking workflow can trigger automated reminders and confirmations through connected SMS, email, or CRM systems, helping keep upcoming appointments visible to clients.
What if two clients try to book the same MedSpa time slot?
The scheduling workflow can check current calendar availability before confirming a booking, reducing conflicts caused by outdated availability or manual scheduling.
