John Henry was quick to respond and eager to work. Unfortunately, the level of creativity was lacking; I provided a sample of what my vision was, and rather than build on that, it was replicated. Perhaps that was me not setting expectations, but I would encourage John Henry to ensure clarity in expectations and deliverables.
