I have developed broad experience as a commercial and dispute resolution lawyer, with particular practice experience in property, maritime, energy, and entertainment law. My work involves advising individuals, companies and institutional clients, drafting and reviewing commercial agreements, representing clients in litigation, arbitration and mediation, structuring transactions, and providing regulatory and compliance advice. I advise clients on a broad range of property, maritime, energy, entertainment, corporate and commercial law matters, providing practical legal solutions that take into account both legal and commercial considerations. Draft, review and negotiate various legal and commercial documents, including contracts, leases, deeds, memoranda of understanding, terms of settlement, powers of attorney, security documents, shareholders' agreements, service agreements, transactional documents and regulatory correspondence. Represent clients in litigation, arbitration and mediation proceedings, including contractual, commercial, property, maritime and energy disputes. This includes preparing pleadings, written addresses, notices of appeal, appellate briefs, applications, witness statements and other processes required for effective representation. Provide legal advice on property transactions, including acquisition, title investigation, due diligence, documentation, perfection of title, preparation and review of instruments of transfer, powers of attorney and other documents relating to interests in land. Advise clients in the maritime and transportation sector on contractual, regulatory and commercial matters, including shipping transactions, maritime disputes, regulatory requirements, port-related matters and interactions with relevant governmental and regulatory authorities. Provide legal support to clients operating within the energy and oil and gas, and Maritime Sector.
