I founded and run a textile printing and customization company. We print custom designs on t-shirts, uniforms, caps, cups and fabrics using sublimation, DTF and textile vinyl, for both individual customers and large business clients. I manage the whole operation: sales, quotes, production, suppliers, invoicing and customer service. To make the business run better, I built my own software for it: a system to track production orders, an invoicing and inventory app, and an AI assistant that answers customer messages on WhatsApp. These tools helped us stay organized, respond faster and avoid lost orders. This is the same kind of solution I now offer to other small businesses.
