SQE senior level lV in Jabil company. Works with QE team and with the rest of the engineering team members to obtain a better performance in raw material, ensuring quality on products to be used in production floor. Raise corrective actions to suppliers once we detect an issue with quality on products. To perform quality audits to suppliers to ensure actions are properly implemented, and to validate the controls they current have to prevent any escaping of material based on lessons learned. To request RMA for material located in RTV to avoid an impact in KPI’s. continuous communication with customer and suppliers. To develop all the SQE team members to ensure the full coverage in all areas and to ensure a proper follow up in actions / claims to suppliers. EOL project. I been an employee of the month, and I won a recognition “Respect, Recognize and Reward”. Recovered a total of 1 million dollars located in RTV area and making a good closure in project. Currently I am located in a general warehouse as a quality responsible ensuring that all material sent by suppliers are aligned with Supplier Quality Manual. Making kaizen and improvements in area in order to standardize and document all process implemented.

Sanmina Mechanical systems division Administration of the SQE / Incoming inspection area. Performing supplier audits with suppliers in Mexico and in different countries, qualification of the NPI products, qualification on supplier engineering changes, to attend customer claims / production floor claims related to suppliers, generate / validate supplier corrective actions, to know the root cause of the issue reported, and corrective / preventive actions to avoid conditions reported. Work in team with another areas, to inform incoming personnel of any rejection of parts, changes, etc. assuring communication in real time when exists a rejection, update procedures, implement Kaizen in incoming inspection area, complying with KPI’s.
