I earned a BA in journalism and a minor in creative writing in 2007 and worked seven years at an international non-profit, editing copy for print, web, and video production. I excelled in editing, rewriting, and reworking copy while remaining in the author’s original voice, tone, and message.
Since 2021, I've worked my way into the traditional publishing industry, and am an Agented Picture Book Author with a two-book deal with a Big Five publisher. I've critiqued and edited loads of manuscripts over the years and find such joy and fulfillment in helping other writers make their work shine.
