Jef is a fantastic designer who communicates exceptionally well. This is my second order. Initially, I noticed a negative review, but after looking at the overall feedback, it became clear that some clients are simply harder to satisfy. The artist is patient and kind and talented though he wasn't able to understand exactly what I wanted and i couldnt afford to keep paying for revisions. He didn't ask enough questions to help him understand. So I'd just suggest you know exactly what you want and be able to describe it and ask him what he visualizes feom your description.
