Give your emails a clean, professional look on desktop and mobile.
I will design and code responsive HTML email templates for newsletters and promotions, using your brand colors, logo, text and images.
Packages:
BASIC: 1 email with up to 3 sections.
STANDARD: 1 custom email with up to 5 sections.
PREMIUM: 2 emails with up to 5 sections each.
A section is a content block, such as a header, introduction, product block or footer. Headers and footers count toward the limit.
Every package includes HTML source code and responsive styling. Basic includes 1 revision; Standard and Premium include 2.
You provide the final text, logo, images and links. Revisions cover adjustments to the agreed design, not a complete redesign or new email.
Delivery is an HTML file, not a drag-and-drop editor template. Platform upload, campaign sending, automations, copywriting and custom graphics are not included.
Email appearance can vary between apps. Please tell me your sending platform and target email clients before ordering so we can agree on compatibility and checks.

What do you need to get started?
Please provide your final email text, logo, images, brand colors and button links. Include any design references, your sending platform and the email apps you want to target. For Premium, provide the content for both emails.
What counts as a section?
A section is a distinct content block, such as a header, introduction, product block or footer. One block can contain text, an image and a button. Headers and footers count toward the package limit. We will agree on the structure before starting.
Can I edit the template?
Yes, by editing the delivered HTML code. These packages do not include a drag-and-drop template for Mailchimp, Klaviyo or another platform editor. Platform-specific editable templates require a separate agreement.
Can I use the HTML in Mailchimp or Klaviyo?
Please tell me your platform and account plan before ordering so I can check the intended import method and any required template tags. Platform upload, editor integration and automation setup are not included in these packages.
Will the email look identical in every email app?
Email apps render HTML differently, so identical appearance everywhere is not guaranteed. I use email-friendly HTML and responsive styling. We will agree on the target apps and checks before ordering. Paid Litmus or Email on Acid reports are not included.
What do revisions include?
Revisions cover adjustments to the agreed layout, colors, spacing and supplied content within the package scope. A new template, complete redesign or additional sections are separate work. Basic includes 1 revision; Standard and Premium include 2.
