I founded WorkerBee Technologies to solve a problem I've faced my entire career - SAAS Bloat. I was sick of working in businesses where every problem was faced with "well just buy a tool for that" as, inevitably, I would end up the one stitching these tools together to make actual operations function. Now, my team and I tackle problems from a first principles perspective. We still use 3rd party tools, but problems are first deconstructed, planned, and solved holistically with the needs of the businesses we serve.

Brought in to take over the software needs of this data-first marketing analytics company, I was able to overhaul their data architecture into a scalable ecosystem. Pipelines for new clients used to take north of a month to get deployed, but after re-designing the structure of the system for replicable deployment, new clients can be stood up and fully validated in just a few days. Additional benefits included internal perfect data accuracy and laid the groundwork for templating reports on the analyst team. Ultimately, the company could serve more clients and larger clients without having to proportionately increase headcount.
