They were patient and walked me through Google Classroom step by step using my actual lesson plans and materials. I feel much more comfortable using the platform now and understand how to upload my documents, create assignments, and organize my class. I would definitely recommend him for anyone who needs help with software or technology.

Good experience working with Jonathan. He helped us check 15 business computers for Windows 11 compatibility and walked us through the process using remote access. He was patient and explained everything clearly without making things overly technical. I would recommend him and would work with him again.
